NEC offers one-time assistance of up to 25 pounds of salmon. NEC will purchase salmon from a seafood vendor on behalf of eligible NEC households affected by low salmon returns. Fish will be available for pick up only in Nome.
Purchases will be made for one member per eligible household. Payments will be made directly to the seafood company. This program will be in effect while supplies remain available.
Applications will be available at our office as well.
Please allow 14 days for processing. Completed applications must be received by December 15, 2023 and can be emailed to information@necalaska.org or placed in the locked mailbox outside NEC’s office building
